A huge part of the Great One's career has centered on endorsements. This cool collection includes sheets of Gretzky hockey cards produced by Upper Deck for Post cereals along with Shreddies and other box covers featuring his likeness. The lot includes 100 sheets of uncut hockey cards, 12 of each of 7 different styles of Gretzky cards: his 378 goals as an 11-year old, his sensational junior season in Sault Ste. Marie, winning the Hart in his first year in the NHL, his fourth Stanley Cup in 1988, his 1,000th NHL game, his 2,857th and final point, and hanging up his skates on April 18, 1999. Printed front and back, the sheets amount to 8,400 uncut cards. A proof sheet is printed on the front only, and another is laid out with seven columns of the seven card styles for a total of 49 cards. A separate sheet of 16 uncut Upper Deck cards for Kraft Dinner has 4 cards for each of the 4 styles of Gretzky cards. The lot includes 57 unfolded Gretzky Post Cereal boxes and 2 proof sheets of three Gretzky cereal box covers for Shreddies and Shredded Wheat.
