The second leading point-scorer in Oilers history, Jari Kurri sits third for all-time points by European-born players. Highly desirable and hailing from March 5th 1983, we have the puck used when Kurri recorded his 100th regular season career goal, as the Oilers beat the Maple Leafs 6-3 at MLG. Jari netted three that night for his fifth career hat trick, with his 100th the second Oilers' goal of the game, putting them up 2-0. Fellow HOFers Wayne Gretzky and Paul Coffey picked up the assists on Kurri's milestone. The official Maple Leafs game puck has been wrapped with a strip of now-aged white cloth tape and marked in ballpoint, "Kurri, 100th Gl, Ed 2 – To 0", with a large “8” also handwritten. Originating from the archives of the Edmonton Oilers, a signed LOA from past Oilers’ GM and current vice-chairman of Oilers Entertainment Group Kevin Lowe will accompany.
One of the modern era’s greatest snipers, Kurri would plot an impressive 45 goals during the 1982-83 campaign, with this the first season the talented Finn reached the 100-point plateau, finishing with 104.
