Nice hoard of vintage Philadelphia Flyers memorabilia from Ed Van Impe's personal collection features treasures from the 1967 expansion franchise's early days through its two Stanley Cup conquests of the mid-1970s. Nice find here is a stash of five of the rare Freddy Flyer glass ashtrays. The late Irving Berlin signed and dated "1975" on his sheet music for God Bless America, which Kate Smith sang to inspire the Broad Street Bullies to soar to the greatest heights. Some great photos and vintage Flyers portrait prints and publications, t-shirts and a trio of Van Impe 1974-75 Flyers Cup Champion Canada Dry ginger ale cans are among the other pieces to discover here.
