Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/30/2021
The youngest player in history to receive the honour when he earned the Calder Memorial Trophy as a teenager in 1967, Bobby Orr would see action as a First All-Star Team selection is each season until 1975 – with just his rookie campaign witnessing second seating. This limited-edition All-Star jersey has been signed by the legendary blueliner. Great North Road labeling is affixed to the collar with handwritten “50” sizing, with tackle twill NHL shield crest and numbers. Orr has signed next to the team crest in black marker, with the signature flawless, with no unsightly bleeding into the material. The limited-edition number of “80/144” has been handwritten beneath the front band, with just light wear to the jersey itself.
