Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction Spring 2025
Drafted by St Louis 16th overall in 2010, Russian star Vladimir Tarasenko spent parts of 11 seasons in Missouri which included winning a Stanley Cup championship with the Blues in 2019. From the following season, we offer a Blues alternate captain's home jersey worn by the four-time NHL All-Star during the 2020 Stanley Cup playoffs. Only seeing action in four playoff games due to injury, three of those games were home contests where Tarasenko would have worn this jersey including August 9th vs Dallas, August 12th vs Vancouver and August 14th vs Vancouver. Made by Adidas, a band displaying both "Made in Canada" and size "58" designations is affixed to the inner collar while the front and reverse necklines of the jersey have been accented by the crests of the NHL and Adidas respectively. Decorated over the front with a familiar Blues team crest that features embroidered details, the distinguished alternate captain's "A" has been sewn over the left breast. Styled over the sleeves and verso with Tarasenko's number "91" in stacked tri-layer tackle twill numerals, "Tarasenko" is spelt out in single white twill letters across the affixed nameplate. Worn briefly in just three games, the jersey shows very light use, with single marks to the left sleeve and lower reverse. The "Playoff Set 1" team patch resides on the interior high above the fight strap. A COA from the Blues will accompany.
