Rogatien Vachon was at the height of his game with the Los Angeles Kings during the 1974-75 season as evidenced by the three awards from his personal collection offered here along with a signed replica of his retired #30 jersey. Rogie won the two Seagram's 7 Crowns of Sports monthly hockey awards included here from November and December 1974 on his way to being named The Hockey News' NHL Player of the Year in 1974-75. Vachon posted six shutouts while going 27-14-13 with a 2.24 goals-against-average as he helped lead the Kings to a 105-point campaign - a team record which stands to this day! Each of the two heavy and towering pewter Seagram's trophies stands 15" tall with "Rogatien Vachon" elaborately engraved on the face of the trophy above the award's name and the month and year. "Rogie Vachon, Los Angeles Kings" is engraved on the Hockey News 1974-75 NHL Player of the Year metal plaque, which measures 7" x 5 1/2" and is mounted on a 9" x 7 1/2" wood plaque. Rogie has signed the "3" in the yellow-and-white double twill #30 sewn on the back of his replica 1980s Kings jersey with a cloth loop fight strap and size "52" written in ballpoint on a CCM fly tag. Comes with Rogatien Vachon's signed LOA.
