One of the modern era’s greatest defenceman, Nicklas Lidstrom spent his entire NHL career with Detroit, with four Stanley Cup championships won during his tenure in Michigan. We have a Red Wings alternate captain’s jersey worn by the seven-time James Norris winner in the 1998-99 season. Nice game wear to report includes; five team repairs on the right sleeve along with a pair of burn holes, over ten black marks on the left sleeve and numerous others on the front of the jersey. Hailing from the collection of Michael Wexler, the team patch resides over the inside hem denoting the garment as a "1998-99 Authentic Game Jersey 2nd Set" example, with a COA from the Red Wings to accompany.
Center Ice and Nike size “52” tags are affixed to the collar (along with a mostly peeled "NHL Player – Joueur LNH" rubberized crest), with additional Nike and NHL crests on the reverse bottom hem. Styled with the classic embroidered winged-wheel team crest, the solid white V-neck has been accented with attractive single twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “Lidstrom” arching across the upper reverse in matching material.
