Brian Skrudland was a player for the Montreal Canadiens for 23 games before his trade to the Calgary Flames in the 1992-93 season—the very season the Canadiens hoisted the Stanley Cup. While not all 12 sticks in this collection were necessarily used during the 1992-93 season, each was obtained by Skrudland during his tenure with the Habs, and all eleven players represented were members of the Cup-winning team. Players such as Leclair, Desjardins, Dionne (2), Lebeau, Roberge, Schneider, DiPietro, Chabot, Racicot, Ewen, and Daigneault. Almost all sticks retain their original tape job over their knobs and blades. Some sticks bear unique notations, such as Ewen's white S.O.P 7000, whose blade is autographed, and Dionne's White Canadian 6001, where the word "pratique" descends down the knob. Racicot’s Sherwood has a busted paddle, and Chabot, who only played one regular season game that year, features a game-issued untaped stick. Ewen's Sherwood showcases an untaped blade, Schneider’s stick has no tape, and Dipietro’s red Chimo only has one strand of black tape on the blade. While some sticks exhibit signs of wear, including Racicot's broken paddle and various instances of tape removal, all remain structurally sound. This collection of sticks offers a rare insight into the intensity, passion, and triumphs of the iconic 1992-93 season. Acquire your piece of hockey history and relish in the spirit of the Canadiens' extraordinary journey to Stanley Cup glory. This collection is adorned with the prestigious Classic Auctions Letter of Authenticity (LOA).
