Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/30/2021
Leading the Chicoutimi Sagueneens to their first QMJHL championship, Felix Potvin enjoyed an especially successful campaign in 1990-91. The netminder would post the best GAA in the league and earn the Jacques Plante Memorial Trophy while also being named the top defensive player in the Q. Directly from his personal collection, we have a Chicoutimi Sagueneens jersey that was issued to Potvin for the QMJHL championship season of 1990-91. A Maska label and size “54” fly tag are affixed to the collar, with an embroidered CCM crest over the reverse hem. Styled with a Sagueneens tackle twill team crest, “29” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in matching material, with “Potvin” across the affixed nameplate in single navy twill. Issued and never worn, there is a bit of minor spotting over the front to note. A signed LOA from Felix Potvin will accompany.
