Selected 5th overall by the New York Islanders in the 1997 NHL Entry Draft, Eric Brewer carved out an impressive career, amassing over 1,000 NHL appearances and securing numerous gold medals while proudly representing Canada in various international competitions, including the World Championships, Winter Olympics, and World Cup. The size tag on this jersey indicates it is a size "58" with an Elite Sportswear tag nearby and a "CCM" patch on the back collar. The MeiGray patch on the inside hem states "NHL game-worn jersey 2003-2004 season B03606" and according to MeiGray's population report the jersey is a "White 3rd Regular Season" example. The accompanying MeiGray LOA further authenticates that "this White 3rd Regular jersey was worn by Eric Brewer during the 2003-2004 National Hockey League regular season." The team patch on the inside hem designates it as part of the "Edmonton Oiler Set #4 2003/2004," and a distinctive "25th" anniversary patch is on the right breast. The right sleeve reveals about a dozen game marks, featuring two board burns near the number "2" and two stick marks on the lower sleeve. The left sleeve showcases a similar array of game marks, including an unrepaired cut close to the shoulder and two colored board burns, one in blue and another in red. Both the front and back of the jersey exhibit around half a dozen or so game marks each, with a stick mark on the front hem. The fight strap shows signs of light salt and washing. This jersey comes with a MeiGray LOA with the Authentication Program number B03606 matching the one on the jersey.
