The Edmonton Oilers won their second straight Campbell Conference title in 1984 on the way to their first Stanley Cup. The 1983-84 Oilers opened the playoffs with a three-game sweep over Winnipeg, then beat out Calgary in seven before sweeping Minnesota four straight for their second Clarence S. Campbell Bowl. This personal Campbell Bowl trophy was presented by the NHL to Oilers trainer Barrie Stafford, whose full name and “Edmonton Oilers, 1983-84” are engraved on one side of the silver-plated bowl with the name of the trophy and its 1968 inception year on the other. This magnificent award from the dawn of one of the greatest Stanley Cup dynasties comes with Barrie Stafford’s signed LOA.
Very nicely preserved trophy with removable lid stands 11” tall overall, including its 3” tall six-sided wood base with a green felt bottom.
