Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction - June 2009

Heavily-worn and soiled practice uniform displays goaltending great Patrick Roy’s number "33" in two-tone tackle twill across the back. The Maska-made affair has the company’s tagging in the neck with a size 58 fly tag just off to one side. The Habs logo is also all sewn-on, as is the red, white and blue CCM patch just below the crest. This white knit uniform, worn during daily drills and skates, sports a good number of stick and puck marks along with noticeable staining at the chin and both cuffs. We also spot a couple of smaller scrapes of red post paint transfer. An affordable Roy "gamer" from his time with the Canadiens. Will come with a letter of authenticity.
