Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/7/2017
Familiar to most Canadians of past generations, both Topps and O-Pee-Chee resonate deeply in the minds of many, with hockey cards usually the first items boys in The Great White North collected. We have a great offering featuring both Topps and O-Pee-Chee wrappers from the 1969-70 season, along with the Bazooka Battleship with original box/instructions that’s pictured on the Topps card wrapper. We also have the camera premium with original box/instructions that was offered on the O-Pee-Chee wrapper, along with a colourful Bazooka Bubble Gum backpack-style carrying bag.
Both wrappers display nicely with bright colours and just the expected wear and fold lines, with the camera and battleship appearing complete and showing very little use. The original boxes both display nicely as well, with fold lines present along with some creasing to both instruction sheets. Lastly, the Bazooka bag appears unused and remains in excellent condition.
