One of Motor City’s all-time greatest, Steve Yzerman spent his entire career with the Detroit Red Wings, registering over 1,700 points including almost 700 goals and helping lead the Red Wings to three Stanley Cup Championships. Hailing from the late-1990s when the Red Wings were winning back-to-back Stanley Cups in 1997 and 1998, offered here is this stick used by Yzerman. An Easton T-Flex void of any Yzerman identifiers over the shaft, the upper shaft sports "100 Stiff" graphics while "Yzerman" is stamped over the stem of the inserted Easton blade. Retaining the Motor City captain's original tape job of red cloth-over-white on the handle/knob, which has had Yzerman's number "19" penned to it at the bottom of the front side in black marker, the blade remains covered by its white cloth wrapping that has been signed over the forehand side by Yzerman with a large blue marker ink signature that displays well and spans the entire length of the blade. Exhibiting light game-wear, the stick sports some light marks/abrasions over the lower shaft and blade stem while both sides of the blade tape have been decorated by puck marks. Additionally, a now dried gripping agent is found over the shaft that is worth noting for accuracy.
