Dandy little find here is an antique glass bottle that once contained six ounces of FROZ-EX and that features an image of longtime Montreal Canadiens center Alfred Pit Lepine. He spent his entire 13-year NHL career (1925-1938) toiling for the Habs, helping them to back-to-back Stanley Cup titles in 30 and 31, scoring a career high 24 goals in the 29-30 championship season. Pit Lepine Presents and for a quick start appear on the front label here, along with the companys St. James street address, while the instructions label on the back explains (in English and French) how FROZ-EX works: In case of motor trouble due to frost, empty the contents into the tank and the motor will start again within a few moments. With its original screw-top, the 6-1/2 high bottle is free of any cracks, while moderate wear to the labels is to be noted. Definitely a cool display piece!
