Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2015
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/25/2015
From the days when Russia’s second biggest city was known as Leningrad before reverting back to the name St. Petersburg is this terrific red, white, and blue captain’s hockey jersey, with the front crest, the number 4 on the back and sleeves, and the English-lettering “Leningrad” all screened on. Measuring 25” from front collar to hem and 22” across the underarms, this soft wool-like jersey remains hole-free, and while it’s not tagged in the collar, there is a washing instructions tag (in Cryrillic) on the inside hem. Great vintage Russian jersey in excellent condition.
