Phil Goyette won the Stanley Cup in each of his first four of seven seasons with the Montreal Canadiens during a 17-year NHL career that included stints with the Rangers, Blues and Sabres. “Goyette” and the number “20” Phil wore with the Habs are stamped on the shaft of his mid-1950s Canadiens CCM Professional game-used stick with “Supplied by Raymond Hardware Ltd. Sporting Goods” stamped on one side of the shaft. Goyette’s original tape jobs remain on the knob and blade and this gamer exhibits plenty of game use in the form of black marks on the heel and shaft, which also displays red goalpost paint transfer. Comes with a Classic Auctions LOA.
There is a loose strand of black tape at the bottom of the tape job on the knob, and small chips/separation to the wood at the tip of the blade’s toe.
