Well remembered for the career-ending injury suffered at the hands of Todd Bertuzzi, Steve Moore attended Harvard, and later saw action in parts of three seasons with Colorado. This Avalanche jersey was worn by the Windsor native in 2003-04, during both the preseason and regular season. A label with "56" sizing is affixed to the collar, with CCM and NHL crests over the reverse neckline and bottom hem respectively. Featuring an attractive Avalanche team crest with embroidered detailing, the V-neck sweater has “36” sewn to the sleeves and verso in textured triple-twill, with matching alternate crests over each shoulder. The jersey shows heavy use with a number of dark marks covering the lower front and sleeves, with additional scrapes, pulls, board burns and paint transfer (right sleeve) to the sleeves. A MeiGray patch numbered "B02245" is situated on the inside hem, and according to the company's population report, the jersey is a "White Preseason / Regular Season" specimen. An LOA will accompany.
