First presented at the conclusion of the 1964-65 NHL season, the Conn Smythe Trophy is awarded annually to the player judged most valuable to his team during the National Hockey League's Stanley Cup playoffs, while the Calder Memorial Trophy is presented to the player selected as the most proficient in his first year of competition in the National Hockey League. We have oversized photos of each trophy, with each multi-signed by past winners. Both 11" x 14", the Calder photo is signed by approx 35 in gold ink, including Orr, Geoffrion, Meeker, Perreault, F Mahovlich, Laperriere, Hall, Brodeur, Selanne, Vickers, Bourque, T Esposito, Trottier, Belfour, Bossy, Robitaille, Makarov, Potvin, Landeskog, Mason, Forsberg and others. The Conn Smythe photo has been signed by approx 29 in blue marker, including Gretzky, Orr, Roy, Lafleur, Parent, Beliveau, Trottier, Savard, Cournoyer, Hall, Lemieux, Gainey, Yzerman, Leetch, Bossy, Smith, Robinson, Leach, Richards, Vernon and others. The signatures display well with no issues, with each photo begging for a quality frame. WGA and GNR COAs will accompany for the Gretzky and Orr respectively, along with an LOA from Classic Auctions.
