The most dominant decade the game of hockey has ever seen, the Montreal Canadiens of the 1970s won six out of ten possibly Stanley Cups. Finishing the 10-year stretch with a record of 499-155-134 that was fuelled by numerous future hall of famer’s and names that would go down in Canadiens lore, many are featured here in this collection of thirteen (13) Montreal Canadiens 1970s dynasty signed pucks. Featuring HOFers Guy Lapointe (“6 Cups” inscription), Jacques Laperriere (“HOF 87” inscription), Guy Lafleur (“HOF 88” inscription), Bob Gainey, Yvan Cournoyer (“HOF 1982” inscription), Steve Shutt (“HOF 93” inscription), Larry Robinson and Scotty Bowman (“HOF 91” inscription), the accompanying group is nothing to scoff at either, featuring the likes of Pete Mahovlich (Stanley Cup Years inscription), Claude Larose (“5 Cups” inscription), Pierre Larouche (“S.C. 78-79” inscription), Rejean Houle (Stanley Cup Years inscription) and Pierre Bouchard (Stanley Cup Years inscription). All have signed in silver marker over the front of Canadiens souvenir logo pucks with both the autographs and pucks displaying without issue and remaining in excellent condition with some of the pucks showing just light light surface wear or toning to the logo. A Classic Auctions LOA will accompany the collection.
