The premier selection at the 1998 NHL Entry Draft, Vincent Lecavalier spent 14 seasons with Tampa Bay winning a Stanley Cup with the Lightning in 2004. Hailing from the 2009-10 season, we offer this stick used by the sniper. A CCM U+ model that only saw use during that one season, “V. Lecavalier” graphic stickers have been affixed to the topside upper shaft and underside lower shaft. Retaining its original tape job of white over the handle/knob and black on the blade, black “x’s” have been penned to the knob/handle tape, likely denoting that the stick was to be taken out of use. Exhibiting moderate game-use with numerous marks/abrasions seen throughout the shaft as well as residue from a now dried gripping agent that was applied to the bottom hand area, the blade tape shows marks over both sides as well as tears to the forehand side. Originally coming from the personal collection of Michael Zigomanis, his signed LOA accompanies the piece.
