Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction Winter 2023
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/28/2023
Extremely popular throughout the mid-20th century, table top hockey games came in a variety of sizes and models with this lot featuring examples including an “NHL Pro Hockey” game by Eagle from the 1960’s and a Coleco “Power Play” model from the early 1980’s. Featuring a conglomerate of players on its surface that shows minor wear and marks and measuring 35 ½” x 16” x 4”, the Eagle game is an all-star game of sorts. Sporting graphics of the Original Six teams on the sides, the game could benefit from a thorough cleaning but overall remains in good condition with minor wear and remains fully operational. Of note, the game is missing its nets, and scoreboard. The Coleco “Power Play” model measures 35 ½” x 16 ½” x 3 ½” and is of a metal and plastic construction. Displaying the names and logos of NHL teams on the sides, the game remains complete with teams of Toronto, Montreal and New York along with the puck, scoreboard, nets and a mini Stanley Cup. With only light wear present, the game remains fully operational and is ready for play. Additionally, the Coleco game comes with its original box that is duct taped at one end with rips at the other and liquid damage also present.
Please note, it cannot be guaranteed that the games included in the lot are complete and as such are being sold "AS IS" and are ineligible for return.
Please note that due to the size of the shipment, special shipping arrangement may be required, with local pick-up preferred.
