Atlanta’s first round pick in 2008, selected 3rd overall, Zach Bogosian has also enjoyed NHL tenures with Winnipeg, Buffalo, Toronto and Tampa Bay, winning a Stanley Cup with the Lightning in 2020. Hailing from his sophomore season in the league, we offer this Atlanta Thrashers alternate captain’s jersey worn by Bogosian during the 2009-10 season. Sporting a size “58” CCM label affixed to the inner collar, crests for the NHL and Reebok adorn the front and back necklines respectively. Decorated over the front with a large Trashers team crest with embroidered details the distinguished alternate captain’s “A” is affixed over the left breast while Atlanta’s alternate logo patch is seen over the right shoulder. “Atlanta” is seen running down the left sleeve. The right sleeve and reverse have been accented with Bogosian’s number “4” in dual layer yellow-over-white tackle twill with “Bogosian” spelt out in matching style across the affixed matching nameplate. Exhibiting light-to-moderate game wear, stick marks are seen over the lower front and right elbow while board burns are observed over both sleeves with one on the lower right reverse as well. A MeiGray patch numbered “G08412” is sewn over the interior reverse hem and according to the company’s population report, the jersey is a “Blue Set 1 w/A” specimen. A matching Thrashers LOA will accompany the piece.
