The 2009-10 season that saw the famed Montreal Canadiens franchise celebrate their 100th birthday on December 4th is when this centennial celebration equipment collection hails from. Leading off, is a pair of gloves worn by Mike Cammalleri. Made by Easton, the caramel-coloured vintage inspired gloves were worn during centennial jersey games throughout the season. “Cammy 13” is embroidered into the cuffs while “Easton” has been screened on the cuffs. The thumbs carry an Easton logo patch. Wear exhibited is light-to-moderate with a handful of marks and abrasions found on each glove and only light wear to the palms. Additionally, the gloves have been photo-matched with Getty Image #93894054 (November 21, 2009 vs Detroit) to the marks on the right glove. The collection continues with Cammalleri’s “1910-11” style green pants from the same season. Made by Bauer with a “Mike Cammalleri #13” patch sewn to the inside, the size “M” pants sport on light wear in the form small marks on the thighs. Next, is the “1910-11” style helmet worn by Hal Gill. A Bauer 5100 model in green with the Habs 1910-11 throwback decal over each side, stickers for Gill’s number “75” and the NHL shield are found on the reverse. With intact strapping and harness with all padding present on the inside, the helmet shows light wear in the form of scratches and scuffs throughout the shell. Lastly, is a pair of “1910-11” style game-worn socks from an unknown player. Made by Reebok and tagged a size “L”, the red, white and green stockings show light use with a few marks on each.
