Spanning a decade and a half of CFL football, we have a pair of Hamilton Tiger-Cats jerseys, with an example from circa-1991 attributed to Michael Jones, along with a Ti-Cats jersey worn by safety David Lofton in 2007. First, Lofton signed with Hamilton as a free agent on September 12, 2007 and dressed for four games of the 2007 CFL season, making 17 defensive tackles, 1 special teams tackle, and 1 quarterback sack. Tagging in the collar indicates that this 2005 size 46 jersey from a previous season was recycled for his use with evidence of a former nameplate as well as having ''26 Ranek'' handwritten in the collar (Josh Ranek was with the Tiger-Cats in 2006). The jersey is autographed on the back (the signature shows bleeding) and exhibit light/medium but noticeable game wear. The Jones jersey sports Rawlings labeling with “48” sizing, with rubberized front, reverse and sleeves numbers. Heavy game-use is exhibited, with considerable marks and small burn holes over the shoulders. There is also residue within the interior collar along with two team repairs over the right shoulder.
