Scoring an impressive 15 points in just 6 contests, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins captaining Team Canada at the 2013 World Junior Tournament, with the Canadians only managing a fourth-place finish. Nugent-Hopkins wore this signed and photo-matched helmet at the tournament, and it’s accompanied by a canvas display that pictures the Burnaby native with Team Canada wearing this helmet. A Bauer model in solid black with intact HDO Visor, Suspend-Tech interior harness and chin strap, Team Canada decals grace each side, with “9” over the lower reverse. Nice use is exhibited with scratches and abrasions throughout, with Nugent-Hopkins signing the forehead in silver, with a minor rub to the signature (there is also a hologram affixed). The canvas is approx 18” x 18” and features a collage of images including the photo-match, ideal for display with the helmet. An LOA from Hockey Canada will accompany.
Regarding the aforementioned photo-match, an included 2013 copy of Oil Country magazine with Mark Messier on the cover shows a photo of Nugent-Hopkins with Team Canada at the 2013 World Junior Championships on page 53, with the image matched to the black tape strand added directly over the forehead and it's placement, and to the Bauer HDO OLX sticker crookedly affixed to the left side of the visor.
