Affiliate of both the Quebec Nordiques and Colorado Avalanche during their tenure in the AHL from 1993-96, the Cornwall Aces were then resurrected as the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in 1999. We have a collection of 5 Aces jerseys worn during the 1994-95 AHL season where the club finished in second in the South, including from Brent Brekke (29 games in 1994-95 and 1 contest in 1995-96), Blair Scott (19 games in 1993-94 and 56 games in 1994-95), Mike Hurlbut (spent the full seasons of 1993-94 and 1994-95 with Cornwall), Ryan Hughes (54 games in 1993-94 and the full season in 1994-95) and Paul Brousseau (spent 1993-94 to 1995-96 with Cornwall). Each jersey features Maska Ultrafil labeling, along with partially embroidered team crests and dual-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with AHL crests over each reverse hem (the crest is missing from one jersey). Each nameplate except the Brousseau has been removed and is present, with nice game-use on each jersey. Hailing from the personal collection of an important hockey executive, his signed LOA will accompany.
