Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2019
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2019
Regular participants at the World Championships, the Poland men's national ice hockey team has competed in the Olympics thirteen times, with the nation one of only 8 countries to never play below Division I. We have a pair of Polish National Hockey Team jerseys from circa early-2010s, we these most likely seeing action at the World Championships. Matching home and away examples worn by Wajda and Kolusz, IIHF and Tackla labels with “XL” sizing grace the collars, with “IIHF” again over the reverse hems. Styled with sublimated team crests and numbers, each jersey sports sponsorship patches over the shoulders, with sublimated nameplates. We should note evidence of a former longer nameplate on the Wajda jersey, with the current nameplate somewhat loose. Each jersey shows light game use, with some minor staining over the left sleeve on the Wajda jersey.
