This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2019
A national icon and one of hockey’s most fabled venues, Maple Leaf Gardens opened its doors in 1931, with the final Maple Leafs game played in the historic building in 1999. Just sit back and imagine all the NHL action and concerts witnessed from this original red number “6” arena seat with beige wooden base by Maple Leaf Garden Industries. A silver-colored plaque along the seat’s base shows an image of MLG, along with serial number #50-078, with the chair’s height 36”. There is some wear to the seat including a large scuff mark across the leather covering, with no large or unsightly tears to the seat or back rest. There is some additional wear to the metal components and wooden arm rests, with some grey paint present over the lower reverse.
