Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/6/2018
Celebrating the Montreal Canadiens and their illustrious history, we have a great collection consisting of a vintage Montreal Forum seating chart, a pair of framed displays for both the inaugural game at the Molson Center in 1996 and for the 2009 Centennial Game, along with a trio of signed items from legendary HOFer Henri Richard. The Forum seating chart is approx. 33” x 43” and would look magnificent framed, with heavy wear including toning, creasing and edge tears along with pinholes. According to our consignor, it hails from the old admission office. The first framed display feature’s matching full tickets for the inaugural game at the Molson Center in consecutive numbering, attractively framed to full dimensions of roughly 17 ¾” x 22”. The second display feature’s a pair of tickets for the Habs Centennial Game in 2009, along with a centered program from the contest (currently loose), framed to full dimensions of roughly 19 ½” x 39”. The Richard signed items include a Molson stats card, a 1992-93 Upper Deck Heroes of Hockey photo (8” x 10”) and an Ultimate hockey card from 1992, with all three signed in blue marker, with no issues for the signatures. As an added bonus, we also have four items featuring Martin Brodeur including three signed, with a pair of colour 8” x 10” photos along with a Saint-Leonard photo card.
