Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
First available in 2006 and manufactured with the modestly budgeted in mind, Starbury is a clever take on Stephon Marbury’s surname, with the shoes marketed by Steve and Barry's. This particular pair were donned by Marbury in a contest against the Cleveland Cavaliers on March 28th 2007. Solid white with accents in Knicks colours, a stylized “M” appears near the toe section of each shoe, with “Starbury” affixed across the tongues in leather. Exhibiting light wear with a few marks present, the game-worn shoes display beautifully, ideal for display. An LOA from the New York Knicks organization will accompany these desirable shoes.
