A great gathering of Hoops items are available in this lot for your collecting pleasure, with 8 items offered from a number of NBA teams including the Knicks, Bucks, Magic and Sixers. Included are jerseys worn by Pat Cummings in 1987-88 (Knicks), Glenn Robinson (Bucks-signed), and Clarence Weatherspoon in 1996-97 (Sixers), followed by a Knicks warm-up suit worn by Pat Cummings in 1987-88, a Knicks warm-up jacket worn by MQueen circa 1984-85 and Knicks warm-up pants worn by Rory Sparrow in 1986. There is also a Magic jacket worn by Jerry Reynolds in 1991-92 and shorts also from the Magic, hailing from the 1992-93 NBA season. LOAs will accompany both Magic items, with COAs for the full Knicks warm-up suit as well as the additional warm-up jacket and shorts.
A complete breakdown for each of the offered items is as follows: 1) Pat Cummings 1987-88 New York Knicks game-worn road jersey. Medalist labeling resides on the lower front, with a “3 inch LB” swatch, with Crosby tagging affixed to the collar. Styled with “New York” arching across the chest in dual-colour tackle twill with matching front and verso number, “Cummings” also appears across the nameplate. With just some light puckering to the numbers, the jersey remains in beautiful condition. 2) Glenn Robinson’s Milwaukee Bucks game-worn and signed jersey. A Starter/Bucks size label sits on the lower front, with an embroidered NBA crest just above the left breast. Styled with “Bucks” across the chest in oversized tackle twill letters with matching-style front and verso numbers, with “Robinson” across the nameplate. Glenn has signed to the right of his front number in black marker, and the signature displays well. 3) Clarence Weatherspoon’s 1996-97 Philadelphia Sixers game-worn road jersey. Champion labels sit on the lower front including Sixers tag with “body length +4”, with an embroidered NBA crest just above the left breast. Styled with a gorgeous red, white and blue tackle twill team crest, with “35” on front and verso in dual-colour twill. With no unsightly wear or marks, the jersey remains in beautiful condition. 4) Pat Cumming’s 1987-88 New York Knicks game-worn warm-up suit. The jacket features MacGregor tagging along with a label from Cosby with an embroidered NBA logo over the right breast. “NY” monogram sits over the left breast, with “Cummings” on verso in matching dual-colour tackle twill. Marks are present along with wear to the finish of the buttons. The pants have Medalist tagging with handwritten “1”, along with a “2” swatch, and they remain fairly clean with just a few marks present. 5) “McQueen” circa 1984-85 New York Knicks game-worn warm-up jacket. A Cosby label is affixed to the collar, with Medalist tagging along the inside edge of the lower right front tail. “NY” monogram sits over the left breast, with “McQueen” on verso in matching dual-colour tackle twill, with a large NBA crest added along the front to cover a huge stain. 6) Rory Sparrow’s 1986 New York Knicks game-worn warm-up pants. The pants have Medalist tagging, along with a “42” swatch, and they remain fairly clean with just a few marks present. 7) Jerry Reynold’s 1991-92 Orlando Magic game-worn warm-up jacket. Champion labeling sits along the collar with handwritten “35”, with a basketball 100th anniversary patch on the lower front. Multi-coloured, “Magic” appears across the chest, with graphics on the reverse. 8) 1992-93 Orlando Magic game-worn shorts. Labels from Champion sit along the waistband, with “21” handwritten. Blemish free, the waistband seems to have lost it’s elasticity over time.
