Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
A 1990 Calgary Flames draft choice, Paul Kruze spent parts of 10 seasons in the NHL, including 3 with Buffalo from 1997 to 2000. This Sabres jersey was worn by the B.C. native in 1999-00, his final season with the club where he saw action in only 11 games. Pro Player tagging is affixed to the collar, with embroidered NHL and Pro Player crests over the back bottom hem. Styled with an attractive partially embroidered team crest, the garment has been accented with thick tackle twill numbers, perfect for display, along with the NHL 2000 crest over the right breast. Additional alternate B’s grace each shoulder, with the fight strap still present with “1/4/00” and “#24” handwritten. Game-wear includes a number of dark marks present over each sleeve and the lower front. An LOA from the Sabres will accompany.
