Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction February 2016
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/23/2016
Worn on the eve of the Vancouver Canucks Stanley Cup run in 1994 that saw Kirk McLean start in all 24 games, we have McLean’s 1992-93 game-worn Canucks jersey that will include an LOA. With partially detached Maska tagging in collar, there are also embroidered NHL and CCM patches on the back bottom hem. Featuring the classic Canucks “skate” team logo along with multi-colour tackle twill numbers, the garment also has the Stanley Cup centennial patch over the right breast and Canuck Place crest on the right shoulder. Game-use is exhibited in the form of a number of dark marks present throughout, along with areas of staining, especially above the team crest along the neckline.
