Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2015
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/3/2015
Having been the first ever to win a Grey Cup at home in 1994, the BC Lions have enjoyed a prosperous history, especially in the last couple of decades, having currently made the playoffs for 18 straight season. This pair of circa 1990s Lions practice jerseys are in well-used condition, with each exhibiting heavy wear. First we have a #32 garment, with Rawlings XL size tag on collar, and small Rawlings crest over the left breast, a number of snags and fabric pulls can be seen on both shoulder areas, as well as some slight discoloration. The second jersey, which is numbered #79, has a Champion XL cloth patch on the lower left front, as well as a small Champion crest on the left sleeve. A number of team repairs are immediately visible, with a large section patched with off-white thread above and around the right shoulder area. A great well –used pair of jersey’s that saw tons of practice action.
