Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2015
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/3/2015
The 1994 International Hockey League All-Star Game patch is sewn on the left breast of goalie Peter Sidorkiewicz’s 1993-94 Fort Wayne Komets game-worn jersey. This awesome white and orange mesh affair from the defunct minor league is photo-matched by two black marks on the front. The diagonal black mark on the bottom right of the wonderful Komets crest and the mark below the middle of the bottom of the crest show in two included action photos of the NHL All-Star goalie wearing this Fort Wayne No. 1 jersey, which has a size XXL flag tag in the back of the neck with “G” handwritten on the bottom right corner. More game wear shows in other marks on the front and both sleeves. Comes with Peter Sidorkiewicz’s signed LOA.
“Perfection Bakeries” sponsor’s logo is embroidered in black and orange thread on the right breast, and Bauer and IHL logos sit on the rear tail.
