Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2015

Drafted 8th overall by the Winnipeg Jets in the 1986 NHL Entry draft, Pat Elynuik ended up playing for four different NHL teams throughout his career, including the Jets. This 1987-88 Winnipeg Jets game-worn jersey can be definitively dated to the 1987-88 season, as that's the only year Elynuik wore number 34 for Winnipeg. Some game wear is evident, with a few stray black marks and at least three team repairs. With Maska tagging in the collar, and CCM patch on lower back, this jersey also sports the important Goals For Kids Patch.
The Goals For Kids program was the official Jets charity, and during it's 9 year run raised and donated over 1.6 million dollars to local Manitoba children's charities.
