Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2015
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/25/2015
Sensational find of 4 unused and immaculate Spalding hockey sticks from the 1950s, measuring 62", with the sticks still retaining the majority of their 2 sets of 4 red accent strips on the shaft (a couple of strips are loose). "Spalding” is stamped between the strips, “Double Bilt” and “Made in Canada” is stamped on further up, and all 4 have “1034A” stamped at the top. Three of these wooden beauties are “rights”, the other one doesn’t show, although they’re almost straight as an arrow. Just an awesome foursome of sticks from longtime stick maker Spalding, with these 4 looking like they came right out of the local sporting goods store.
