Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2013
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2013
Two Yvon Corriveau game-worn jerseys from the German Elite League (DEL) are offered here, beginning with the left winger's circa late-1990s Berlin Polar Bears gamer signed by Corriveau in black marker on the back of the jersey. Tagged in the collar as a XXL, this gamer shows nice wear with marks and a few stains scattered throughout, and includes blue paint transfer on the left sleeve. Everything on this gamer is sublimated including the nameplate which is sublimated on mesh and sewn-on. Also in this lot is Corriveau's 2000-01 or 2001-02 Berlin Capitals game-worn jersey, complete with pilling, particularly on the front of the jersey, with marks scattered about, and a large team-repair on the back. Both cuffs on this gamer are something to behold, with rips and tears in abundance. The jersey has triple tackle twill back numbers, and aside from a couple of sewn patches, the jersey has everything else sublimated. In the collar is a sewn manufacturer's patch, with a size XXL tag. Also in the collar is Corriveau's autographed name and number.
