Bill Cowley was among the top play-making centers in NHL history, and he retired in 1947 as the League's career point scoring leader, a mark that stood for five years. This beautiful example of his rookie card, from the difficult 1939 O-Pee-Chee series, has a high grade look to it, and has been graded by the PSA Company as an EX 5. The highest graded Cowley Rookie on the PSA registry ! HOF 1968.
