The National Professional Soccer League was in fact an American indoor one. It started out as the American Indoor Soccer Association in 1984 but changed its name to the National Professional Soccer League in 1990. During the summer of 2001, the league disbanded and the six surviving teams formed the Major Indoor Soccer League, which would later absorb three teams from the World Indoor Soccer League. Collection of six includes an official NPSL ball with commissioner’s Steve Paxos facsimile autograph and the NPSL league logo. Vintage ball is in unused, like-new condition. Jerseys include those of Schwab #11, Reichart #14, Schiraldi #2, Kia #17 (signed in fine black marker on the back “Kia #17”) and a red KC Attack uniform with no number or nameplate. Instant collection from this defunct team of the NPSL!
