Like his pa, Mark Howe’s pro career lasted over 20 seasons, 22 to be exact, with an even 10 spent wearing Philadelphia’s black and orange. This white mesh Flyers home jersey from early in Mark’s productive time in Philly (he averaged over 18 goals in his first six seasons there), includes Sandow SK and care tags in the neck, “Sandow SK” screened on the rear hem and a loop-style fight strap. With everything sewn-on, the jersey shows lighter game use with a few black stick marks on the front. Blood-like staining is at the left breast area, but also shows up on the back and in the white near the right elbow. Mark scored 197 of his 405 professional goals in the NHL where he played more than 1000 games, regular season and playoffs combined.
