The Conn Smythe winner as the most valuable player in the 2008 Stanley Cup Playoffs, Swedish born Henrik Zetterberg has also represented his country on a number of occasions, winning gold at the 2006 Winter Olympics. This Red Wings jersey was worn by the centerman in his rookie season of 2002-03. Size tagging and a screened-on “2” appear in the collar, with embroidered CCM and NHL crests on the back neckline and bottom hem respectively. Styled with attractive tackle twill numbers and letters along with the classic winged wheel team crest, the back name has been placed directly onto the jersey. The rubberized team stamp resides on the inside hem, and it denotes the garment as a “2nd Set” example. An LOA will accompany this important garment.
Game-wear includes a few faint marks on the left shoulder and lower front, especially along the bottom hem. There are also a number of other small marks along with faint board burns over each sleeve, as well as a large stick mark across the team crest, and a team repair over the right elbow.
