A staple of the Boston Red Sox lineup during the 1970’s, the power hitting duo of Carlton Fisk and Jim Rice helped the Red Sox to a World Series appearance in 1975. Presented here is a pair of signed Red Sox jerseys of the Hall of Fame twosome. The white jersey of Fisk is made my Majestic and remains in new-with-tags condition. The front has been stylized with the familiar “Red Sox” wordmark in dual-layer tackle twill while the reverse features Fisk’s number “27” in similar style. A size XL, a genuine merchandise jock tag is found on the lower front. Fisk has signed the reverse “7” in black ink that displays well and has added a “Game 6 HR” inscription. A hologram from Schwartz Sports is affixed to the “7” and is accompanied by a matching COA. The Rice jersey, also made by Majestic, presents in the same new-with-tags condition. A grey road jersey, the front has been stylized with “Boston” in dual-layer tackle twill. The reverse features “Rice” arched across the back as well as the outfielder’s number “14” in similar style. Rice has signed the reverse number “4” in silver ink that displays with no issues while a hologram from Absolute Authentics numbered “AA69846” is affixed as well.
