This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/16/2020
A dominant force in the brewing world and the oldest brewery in North America, with ale still produced at the company’s original 1786 site, Molson Coors Brewery is the fifth-largest producer in the world, with distribution in over 50 countries. This lot contains a diverse collection of Molson memorabilia, perfect for the beer collector who values display items. Included, we have seven vintage serving trays (both litho on tin and porcelain), a silver-coloured metal tray, a vintage wall-mount match striker (4” x 9 ½”), 2 vintage ceramic ashtrays with stands for match boxes, a collection of 5 vintage ceramic ashtrays (doubles in both French and English), 3 vintage enamel on metal ashtrays, a vintage cigarette case, 2 packs of vintage playing cards, a vintage enamel on metal bottle opener, 2 vintage beer bottles and a glass, a celluloid foam scraper plus 1955 trowel, and more!
The lone lithographed tray features a nice surface, with wear to the rim and to the graphics along the side. The additional porcelain trays show light to moderate wear, while the silver metal tray shows wear with scratches. The ashtrays show light wear with no obtrusive damage to any of the graphics, with the rarely-seen wall-mount match striker in excellent condition. The remaining items vary in condition, with the majority of the pieces in the collection exhibiting minor wear and presenting beautifully.
