Joining the NHL as an expansion club with Buffalo in 1970, the Vancouver Canucks are currently members of the Pacific Division. The club has advanced to the Stanley Cup finals on a trio of occasions, with six different prominent past Canucks having their numbers retired, including Pavel Bure, Stan Smyl, Trevor Linden, Markus Naslund, Daniel Sedin and Henrik Sedin. This lot contains a great Canucks postcard, team-issued photo and card collection of approx 914, ranging from the first season in 1970-71, to 2007-08, with 58 examples signed. There are a few additional misc. items including a small phto signed by Cesar Maniago. The majority of the photos/cards in the collection remain in beautiful condition with just very light handling wear, with the 1970-71 Royal Bank team photos somewhat “rolled” due to their placement in a large binder.
