Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/23/2021
Hoisting Lord Stanley’s hardware as a member of the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2017, Ron Hainey then signed with Toronto and spent a pair of seasons in Ontario before moving on to the Ottawa Senators, in 2019-20. Acquired directly from the Toronto Maple Leafs, we have a jersey worn by the star in 2017-18, his first season in Ontario. “58” sizing appears along the Adidas collar band, with NHL and Adidas crests on the front and reverse necklines respectively. Featuring a vintage style Leafs team crest with embroidered detailing, “2” appears over the sleeves and verso in single navy twill, with “Hainsey” across the sewn nameplate in matching material. Sporting light game-use, there are just a few faint marks over the lower front on the Set 3 garment, with additional faint marks encompassing the “2” over the left sleeve. The team patch numbered “H-0305” is affixed to the inside hem, with a matching COA to accompany from the Leafs along with a photo of Hainsey.
