Earning the AL Gold Glove Award ten-times, Roberto Alomar batted over .300 nine-times throughout his HOF career, with back-to-back World Series titles won with the Toronto Blue Jays in 1992 and 1993. From his time in The Big Apple, we have a New York Mets jersey worn by Alomar during the 2002 MLB season. A Rawlings label with “46” and “Set 1 2002” tags are sewn to the inside front tail, with an embroidered MLB crest over the reverse neckline. Featuring a textured Mets tackle twill team crest, “12” appears over the front and verso in matching material, with a team patch on the left sleeve and Mets’ 40th anniversary crest on the right. “9-11-01” is also embroidered beneath the anniversary crest. The jersey sports nice use, with some dirt staining over the reverse left shoulder.
