Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/7/2017
One of hockey’s all-time best skaters, Paul Coffey was known for both his speed and scoring ability, the Weston native was also a three-time Norris Trophy winner as the league’s premier defenceman. This stick was used by the HOFer during his time with Pittsburgh in the early-1990s. A Sher-Wood 7030 Feather-Glas model, “Coffey” and “77” factory graphics are visible on the upper shaft and along the underside, with the stick retaining its original tape over both the blade and handle. Good use is exhibited, with wear and puck marks across the blade, along with additional marks and abrasions to the lower shaft. A well used stick in solid condition, this specimen would fit extremely well into any Oilers, Penguins or HOF collection.
