The popular Stadium Series would include four games for 2014, with the second contest featuring the New Jersey Devils and New York Rangers in the NHL’s first outdoor match ever held in New York City. This Devils alternate captain’s jersey was worn in the warm-up prior to the contest by Czech forward Patrik Elias. A Reebok name band along with size tagging is attached to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Featuring the Devils team crest in use throughout the late-1980s, the v-neck garment has been adorned with oversized dual-colour twill numbers, alternate’s “A” and name-on-nameplate. The fight strap exhibits a handwritten “W” in black marker, with the all important 2014 Stadium Series crest over the right shoulder. With no visible wear present, the jersey remains in stunning condition. A MeiGray patch numbered K10404 sits on the inside hem, and according to their population report, the jersey is an "NHLPA Set - Worn During Warmup 1/26/14 At Yankee Stadium" example. An LOA from the NHLPA will accompany.
